Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has stated that Chelsea still hold a healthy lead over rest of the Premier League.
City moved into second place in the Premier League table with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Arsenal on Sunday and many now believe that the Citizens have managed to revive their title aspirations with the three points against the Gunners.
Guardiola is not getting too carried away though and has gone on to state that Antonio Conte's Chelsea still remain odds-on favourites to claim the English crown due to their healthy seven point lead at the top of the table.
"Seven points is a lot," Guardiola told talkSPORT.
"When one team puts 11 wins together in a row – 33 points from 33 means a lot – so all we can do is focus on our target and what we have to do, and play our two away games in Hull City and Anfield."
