Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has ordered his players not to touch any alcohol should they win the Carabao Cup today.

With the sides meeting again in the league at Arsenal on Thursday, Guardiola has banned City from drinking if they win the cup.

"Normally there is no alcohol," he said. "Talking about the celebration before the game is stupid."

Guardiola says there's hope of Gabriel Jesus can make today's clash.

"We will see tomorrow [whether Jesus is fit enough]," Guardiola said. “He made the third training session and every day he is better.

“[Jesus' return to fitness is] so important. When the people say the four titles can you do it, you have to have everything going for you."
