Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is demanding total focus from his players.
Guardiola knows City will have to be at their best tomorrow against a revitalised Crystal Palace as they seek to extend their winning Premier League sequence to 19 games – the European record held by Bayern Munich under the Spaniard.
“I said to the players just after the game at Newcastle, on Wednesday, 'Be ready guys – still be focussed because we have a tough, tough game at Selhurst Park,'' said Guardiola.
“They are a team who can create a lot for themselves.
“They have four amazing strikers. I'm really impressed with Wilfried Zaha. When he was not on the pitch they were not able to win.
“When he came back the games changed. He won a lot of points by himself. I have to be concerned.
“Sooner or later we will drop points. It's then about how we react."
