Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson is delighted with the early season form of Micah Richards.

Eriksson said: "Micah has been fantastic. He has shown incredible form for us.

"Not only that, he is scoring goals for England as well. I have to say congratulations to him."

City striker Rolando Bianchi added: "Micah is a very good player. He is young, strong and physical.

"I hope for his sake he has a good future in football."
