Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson is playing his transfer cards close to his chest.

When asked if there was anything to update the press with over transfer movement, he joked: "Yes, there's news, but I can't tell you!"

Although he did reveal to City's website: "There are some players that we will allow to leave the Club in this transfer window because they are playing for or close to playing for their national team.

"They need to play football and they are not getting regular football here at Manchester City."
