Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson has paid tribute to Fulham's Roy Hodgson and India coach Bob Houghton for revolutionising Swedish football.
Eriksson said: "Roy Hodgson and Bob Houghton came to Sweden in the '70s.
"They were very young and changed the face of our football. Then their teams kicked it long and put the opposition under a lot of pressure.
"It was very difficult to play against those sides. Then slowly they started to change their style a little bit.
"But they were very important to Swedish football at that time."
