Manuel Pellegrini claims his Manchester City side should have been awarded at least one penalty in Sunday's 1-0 derby win over Manchester United.
City triumphed over their crosstown rivals courtesy of Sergio Aguero's 10th Premier League goal of the season, which came in the 63rd minute, but it could have been a more comfortable victory especially after Chris Smalling was sent off late in the first half.
The most notable call for a spot kick came in stoppage time of the first half when Marcos Rojo kicked Yaya Toure as he attempted a shot on goal while a foul on Aguero and a handball from Dale Blind could have also brought about calls from referee Michael Oliver.
"It is unbelievable we didn't get a penalty (for the foul) against Yaya Toure," Pellegrini said.
"It was not only a penalty but also a sending off because (Rojo) was the last man.
"There were two others against Sergio but we are not talking about that."
Despite the missed calls, City notched their sixth win of the campaign which takes them to 20 points, six in arrears of leaders Chelsea and seven clear of 10th-placed United.
