Manchester City are stepping up their interest in Russia international winger Marat Izmailov.
The Sun says City boss Sven Goran Eriksson will try to land Russian star Marat, 25, for around £4m from Lokomotiv Moscow - even though he is currently on loan at Sporting Lisbon.
