Man City to bid for Atletico Madrid striker Forlan
Manchester City are chasing Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan.
The People says the Uruguayan, who has scored 18 goals for Atletico Madrid this season, spent more than two years at arch-rivals Manchester United.
He was linked to a return to the Premier League last summer when Tottenham and Sunderland showed an interest.
Atletico say they want £25m for Forlan, 29, after another impressive season.
