Manchester City have clinched an agreement with Real Madrid for Danilo.
UOL Esporte says City and Real have settled on a fee of €36m.
The operation is set to be concluded on Friday, with Danilo having already agreed personal terms over a five year contract.
Chelsea were also in talks for the Brazil international, but only City managed to meet Real's asking price.
Danilo has been eager to get a move away this summer after dropping down the pecking order in Real coach Zinedine Zidane's plans.
