Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is monitoring David Luiz's situation at Chelsea.
The Mirror says Mancini is ready to pounce should Chelsea indicate a willingness to sell this summer.
Luiz is also a target for Barcelona, which see him as an alternative to AC Milan defender Thiago Silva - also wanted by Mancini.
