Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic is set to miss out on the Capital One Cup final against Sunderland.
City's £22million forward has not trained since limping out of last weekend's win over Stoke just 13 minutes after coming on as a substitute, and manager Manuel Pellegrini is expected to confirm on Friday that he will not be fit for the Wembley showpiece against Sunderland.
Jovetic, who was also been left out of Montenegro's squad to play Ghana in a friendly on Wednesday, was just starting to find his feet at City after an injury-hit first season in English football.
