Manchester City have made an approach to Juventus for midfielder Arturo Vidal.
Sky Italia says City made a formal enquiry about Vidal's availability this week, with fellow Chilean Manuel Pellegrini set to be named new manager.
For the moment, Juve have told City Vidal is not for sale.
