Manchester City have reportedly stepped up their interest in Dutch young gun Joel Piroe.
The Daily Mail suggests that the reigning Premier League champions are showing significant interest in the 15-year old PSV Eindhoven strike ace who is also the target of a trio of Eredivisie clubs.
PSV are hoping to keep Piroe at the Philips Stadion by offering him professional terms once he turns 16 but it is believed that City may go after him in the summer.
Piroe joined PSV from Feyenoord last summer having been a prolific goalscorer in the Rotterdam club's youth academy.
