Man City and Tottenham dominate PFA Team of the Year

The PFA Premier League Team of the Year for the 2017/2018 season is out. The team is dominated by two teams - Manchester City and Tottenham.

Spurs have three players in the team - Harry Kane, Jan Vertonghen and Christian Eriksen. Meanwhile, Premier League champions City have five - Nicholas Otamendi, Kyle Walker, David Silva, Kevin de Bruyne and Sergio Aguero.

Chelsea have won player in the team in Marcus Alonso. Manchester United's David de Gea is the goalkeeper, while Mohamed Salah of Liverpool also got a nod for his impressive goalscoring exploits.

Roberto Firmino is a notable absence, given his impressive tally of goals and assists this season. He was edged out by Kane and Aguero.
