The relationship between NAC Breda and Manchester City is at breaking point.
AD says the appointment of new NAC sports chief Pierre van Hooijdonk is at the heart of the problem.
City are upset by the departures of technical director Hans Smulders and general director Justin Goetzee, while Van Hooijdonk's first action was to inform their Premier League partners they wouldn't be taking any players from them on-loan this month.
Instead, NAC swooped for Sullay Kaikai from Crystal Palace - and rejected the prospect of taking Philippe Sandler on-loan from City.
While the relationship is not dissolved, there are now major doubts about the future of the partnership. Paolo Fernandes, Luka Ilic and Erik Palmer-Brown are all on-loan at NAC from City this season.
