Manchester City enjoy first refusal on Gil Vicente defender Pecks.

The 20 year-old stopper is being tracked by City, Newcastle United and Tottenham leading up to the January market.

Pecks penned a new deal to 2017 last season, which carries a €10 million buyout clause.

And Record says City, thanks to a collaborative agreement struck in the summer of 2012, have first option on the youngster.
