Manchester City and Napoli have struck terms over a fee for Jorginho.

Italian transfer expert Gianluca di Marzio reports City have agreed an initial €49m (£43m) fee with Napoli for Jorginho.

The Italy international was central to Maurizio Sarri's side last term.

But after his departure, Carlo Ancelotti could cash in on the former Hellas Verona star given he is not as integral to his set-up.

Jorginho is now due in Manchester for a medical.
