Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez faces a speeding charge.
The Sun reports Tevez will appear in court after his £140,000 Bentley Continental was caught on a speed camera.
He has been charged with failing to disclose who was driving when it was snapped doing 38mph in a 30 zone in Manchester.
The alleged offence happened on February 12, hours after the Blues lost 2-1 to rivals Man United.
The Argentinian, 27, has already pleaded not guilty. The trial will start at Oldham Magistrates Court on September 14.
