Manchester City star David Silva isn't surprised big clubs are chasing Tottenham ace Luka Modric.
Manchester United and Silva's City are among teams keen on the Croatia international.
"What will I say about Luka Modric is the fact that he is valued highly in England," said Silva. "That so many big clubs want him says a lot about him."
