David Silva says he's happy at Manchester City.

Silva has been linked with Champions League opponents Real Madrid, but insists he's happy where he is.

"I am very happy, as I said at the time. In the city, in the countryside, which is really important ... Thanks to this, I am happy on the pitch and everything is easier," smiled Silva when quizzed by Spanish reporters.

"I don't know about transfer rumours. It's nice for your work to be recognised, but that's all."
