Samir Nasri hailed the manner of Manchester City's win at Hull City.
Nasri said the performance showed they can handle the loss of their skipper Vincent Kompany, who was sent off after just ten minutes.
The France playmaker said: "We are a team with plenty of players and if you want to win the league then you have to think about the team rather than just one player who can make a difference.
"You cannot win a title with just one player.
"David Silva had a great game but when you are down to ten men you need your main player to do something.
"His goal was beautiful and the assist as well.
"That's really good for him and the whole squad."
