Manchester City academy chief Jim Cassell admits winger Vladimir Weiss has a big chance of a Premiership career.

"Vladimir has got terrific potential there is no doubt about that," said Cassell.

"But you have to be wary with creative players because sometimes, while they are causing the opposition problems, they don't necessarily do the job going the other way.

"Vlad is a natural dribbler who looks magnificent from the stands but sometimes makes us pull our hair out on the sidelines.

"Sometimes when you are pleading with him to release the ball he will take on one more opponent but in terms of a natural talent that you are hoping to develop through an Academy he is a terrific product. But he is just one of several match winners that we believe we have in our side."
