Man City academy chief Cassell warns graduates

Manchester City academy chief Jim Cassell admits his FA Youth Cup winning players cannot rest on their laurels.

"You can have as many youth cups as you want, but unless you produce players for the first team, you are not going to be successful and that's still our aim. The older ones from last season will go over to Carrington and it's a big season for them. They will have to adjust, they will be playing with and against older and more experienced players and will need to make the step up," he told City's website.
