DC United General Manager Dave Kasper has informed the club's official blog site they have acquired defender Mamadou Danso via the waiver ranking order. Kasper is very happy to have acquired the young defender who has left the college system to join MLS, "We are pleased to have obtained Mamadou from the MLS waiver process. He is a strong central defender with a big, physical presence and we look forward to giving him an opportunity to earn a spot with D.C. United."
