Chelsea midfielder Florent Malouda wants the Blues to be his final club in Europe.
He now wants to see out his top-flight career at Stamford Bridge before ending his playing days in Brazil, just across the border from his French Guyana birthplace.
"I will certainly finish my European career with Chelsea," the 30-year-old said. "I think I will continue with the Blues until 2014 to remain at the highest level.
"That year is my horizon, with the World Cup finals in Brazil, and afterwards I'd get a real thrill from playing in the country for a club like Flamengo or Vasco da Gama.
"Brazil is the home of football. And playing in a Rio de Janeiro derby is something you have to do once in your life. The atmospheres are something special."
