AC Milan legend Cesare Maldini is unimpressed by the signing of Matias Silvestre.

The defender was signed this week from Inter Milan.

But Maldini complained: "Everyone has their own opinion, I cannot say that he is a player of great level, I've never been impressed and he is not one of those players that can make the difference.

"Inter did not play him, but I do not think even before that he has done extraordinary things. As I said, though, he will be a choice dictated by the budget ..."
