Veteran defender Paolo Maldini has spoken of the impact made by Ronaldinho at AC Milan.

Speaking to the Milan Channel, Maldini had nothing but praise for the Brazilian.

"I never really knew Ronaldinho before he came here.

"But you can see from the way that he is on the pitch that he is by no means a grumpy player.

"He has incredible quality too. It was the Press who criticised him in the past and said lots of things that weren't true, but that's normal when a player is unsettled at his club.

"Dinho has settled in well here and he is always there to give his contribution to the team."
