Malaga are interested in Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
Adebayor is available from City after spending the season on-loan at Tottenham.
Unlike Spurs, Malaga can offer Adebayor Champions League football and have the spending power to match his €170,000-a-week City wages.
Adebayor would arrive as a replacement for Manchester United legend Ruud van Nistelrooy, who retired last week.
