Malaga have moved to deny reports of an agreement with Porto over the sale of midfielder Eliseu.

Portuguese press reports this week declared Eliseu was returning home to Porto next season after signing a five-year deal.

But in a statement yesterday, Malaga declared: "There was no contact between the two clubs. The contract with Eliseu has not yet been signed because there is still a year for it to run."
