Malaga are in sale negotiations.
The club's owners are discussing the sale with Albanian investment company, Taci Oil, which counts on Russian and Ukrainian capital, says Marca.
The deal will be a great relief to Malaga fans and players with reports of the club's shaky finances now becoming prolific.
Oil Taci have a stake in Bologna and also sponsor AC Milan.
