Malaga chairman Fernando Sanz has blasted Barcelona star Lionel Messi for spitting at Duda on the weekend. Sanz doesn't want action to be taken against the Argentine, but rapped: "If it had happened to me, I would've gone crazy because I find this behaviour disgusting.

"I'm in favour of not punishing players when this happens, but the players must manage this themselves. Messi is an example for children worldwide."

The match officials missed Messi's actions, which were later caught - and published - in the Spanish press.
