Malaga are set to snap up Real Madrid midfielder Mahamadou Diarra.
Marca says Real are prepared to cut loose the midfielder, though talks over a pay-out is threatening the deal.
Diarra wants Real to pay the remainder of his contract this season before he agrees a permanent move to Malaga.
Malaga have agreed personal terms with Diarra over a deal worth €2.5 million-a-year.
