Mainz 05 chief Christian Heidel says they're prepared to listen to offers for Adam Szalai.
The Hungary international, formerly of Real Madrid, is a target for Arsenal and Tottenham.
"We do not want to lose him," said Heidel. "But if someone is prepared to offer a lot of money, we'll think about it.
"When Adam leaves, the cash register must ring loudly."
