Felix Magath says guiding Fulham to Premier League safety would be his greatest managerial achievement.
Fulham are bottom of the table and four points from safety ahead of tomorrow's crucial trip to 19th-placed Cardiff.
"It is the most difficult situation I have been in because we are behind the other teams," said Magath, who has saved Nuremberg, Werder Bremen, Frankfurt and Stuttgart from the drop in the Bundesliga.
"When all the teams are above you that is tougher but I remain convinced we will avoid relegation.
"Three points against Cardiff is very important for our confidence and there are games ahead of us that we can win."
