The race for Norwich City midfielder James Maddison is heating up.
The Mirror says West Ham have emerged as rivals to Leicester and Everton in fight for Norwich's England Under-21 star.
West Ham have been tracking the £25million-Maddison and are now ready to firm up their interest in the midfielder.
The Hammers face stiff competition from Leicester and Everton should they bid and both are very keen on Maddison.
Fulham are also monitoring the situation and are prepared to spend big after returning to the Premier League.
Maddison, 21, is recovering well from the knee ligament injury he suffered on the final day of last season and should be fit by next month.
