Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay wants five new signings for their Premier League campaign.
Mackay admits the top-flight new boys must bring in new faces for the challenge of facing Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool next season.
Mackay said: "We've had to improve the squad in the last two years and we'll have to do it again, that's without question. The owner (Vincent Tan) will certainly give us the chance to go out and bring players in that we will need.
"The boys who have got us there have been fantastic and they will be given the chance to prove themselves. But we are certainly going to need four or five players to add to our group."
