Toronto FC have handed trials to Armenia international striker Ilia Javorijan for next month.
Javorijan is tied to Maccabi Tel Aviv, who he joined 18 months ago in a $515,000 move and comes off contract at the end of the Israeli season.
The 28 year-old has been playing in Israel since 2004, but is now seeking a new start in Canada with Toronto.
