Lyon wants Arsenal to include Giroud in Lacazette deal

Lyon has told Arsenal they can drive down the price for Alexandre Lacazette - if they cough up Olivier Giroud.

The Ligue 1 club has slapped a £60m price tag on the 25-year old who scored 37 goals in all competitions for Lyon last season.

Lyon president Jean Michel Aulas has admitted he will sell the France international for the right price.

And now that Lacazette's favoured suitor, Atletico Madrid, is unable to sign players until January, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger wants to capitalise.

However, according to The Sun, if Wenger wants to get the deal done, he'll have to include Lacazette's countryman, Giroud, in the deal.

The 30-year old has expressed his desire for regular first time football after he spent the majority of last season on the bench for Arsenal.
