Olympique Lyon striker Moussa Dembele says the players are excited taking on Champions League opponents Manchester City tonight.

Lyon open their campaign at the Etihad.

Former Celtic forward Dembele said, "There is a lot of excitement. The Champions League is the biggest European competition. As a player, I want to play in it. It is up to us to do the work necessary to bring back a result.

"Manchester City is a big English team. They finished champions. They dominated the championship last season and everyone knows that it is a team that plays the game and plays the attack especially.

"It's up to us to go out there and give everything to come back with a result if possible."
