Olympique Lyon president Jean Michel Aulas says the Premier League's shortened transfer window will work in their favour over Nabil Fekir's future.

The OL captain continues to be linked with Liverpool - and Aulas concedes Fekir would jump at the chance of moving to the Reds in the coming weeks.

But the president also stated: "It's difficult for Nabil Fekir to find a better club than ours who plays in the Champions League.

"We will do everything to keep Nabil and Marcelo. The English market closes on August 9th.
