Olympique Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas says they're prepared to sell Clement Grenier this summer.
The France international has been linked with Arsenal, Everton and Newcastle United.
"Clement will, because he asked, have a good departure," said Aulas.
"If, for services and for personal context, he wishes to have a good transfer, we will give it to him in full transparency."
The midfielder, 25, has spent his entire career with OL.
