Olympique Lyon are preparing a bid for Watford midfielder Etienne Capoue.

Le 10 Sport says Lyon are in the market for a late midfield signing and have Capoue on their shortlist.

OL's priority is Papa Diop, of Celta Vigo, but with Tottenham also keen OL are considering alternatives. Celta's €15m asking price has also put off the French giants.

And top of their shortlist is Capoue, who has begun the season in impressive form for the Hornets.
