Lyon midfielder Clement Grenier wanted by Chelsea
Olympique Lyon midfielder Clement Grenier is wanted by Chelsea.
The Daily Express says Chelsea are preparing yet another raid for one of Europe’s top young players, with an £8million January swoop for Grenier.
Grenier, 20, a star of France’s Under-20 side, has just broken into the Lyon team, but his ball skills and ability at free-kicks have alerted clubs all over Europe.
Chelsea have had scouts at several Lyon games, but Real Madrid’s director of football Zinedine Zidane is also said to be keen.
