Arsenal must cough up big to land Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette.
The Daily Mail says they've held talks over a move for Lacazette at Lyon but are reluctant to pay the French club's asking price.
Lyon want at least £42million for Lacazette and do not need to sell after defender Samuel Umtiti joined Barcelona for £21m.
The French club insist 25-year-old Lacazette, who is represented by agent David Venditelli, does not have a release clause.
West Ham, Tottenham and Atletico Madrid have all made enquiries and Lyon will be hoping it develops into an auction.
