Lyon manager Claude Puel admitted his delight at qualifying for the next stage of the Champions League following their last-gasp 1-1 draw with Liverpool on Wednesday night.
The French outfit netted an injury-time equaliser through Lisandro Lopez to book their place in the round of 16, pleasing Puel, but he was quick to move on and address their important league clash this Sunday with Marseille who demolished FC Zurich 6-1 in their European outing.
"To have qualified (in the Champions League) is a great satisfaction but I can tell you that the players finished the match very tired, both psychologically and physically, and we have another important match coming," Puel told reporters.
"It is a fact that neither (Francois) Clerc nor (Anthony) Reveillere or (Miralem) Pjanic will play on Sunday."
