Arturo Lupoli has backed former Arsenal teammate Nicklas Bendtner to be a success at Juventus.

Bendtner joined Juve on-loan last month.

"I know the Dane well and he is a very strong striker," ex-Arsenal man Lupoli told TuttoJuve.

"Let us not forget he is still young. Bendtner can really grow and improve in Italy. Nika is a centre-forward who likes to rove around on the flanks.

"As a striker I'd say he is atypical, because he's very strong in the air, but also good with the ball at his feet.

"Bendtner will have no problems settling into Italian life," added Grosseto forward Lupoli.

"I am certain he will show what he can do. He has the moves of a champion and can do very well at Juve."
