Romelu Lukaku and Kevin de Bruyne will not be sent out on loan this summer according to Jose Mourinho.
The promising Chelsea and Belgium pair had successful loan spells with West Bromwich Albion and Werder Bremen respectively last season but will now be given a chance to prove themselves at Stamford Bridge following Mourinho's arrival.
"They are the type of players Chelsea have invested a lot into in the past, and it's my work to extract the best from those investments," the former Real Madrid boss said.
"Both of them are ready to come and be ready for my squad."
Lukaku scored 17 goals in 35 Premier League appearances for Albion whilst de Bruyne netted ten times in 33 Bundesliga outings as well as providing nine assists.
