Rangers defender Danny Wilson has revealed that former Liverpool superstar Luis Suarez never tied up his boots during training.

There is no doubting the fact that Barcelona ace Suarez is one of the greatest strikers to have donned a Liverpool jersey and during his time in the Premier League, the Uruguayan simply used to run any opposition defence ragged.

Former Liverpool man Wilson was able to witness Suarez's brilliance on a daily basis in training and the Rangers defender has gone on to reveal that the striker did not even tie his boots during the sessions, such was his supreme quality.

When asked who is the best he has played with, Wilson told Rangers TV: "Every day Suarez trained and you see he's one of the best now, so it's got to be him.

"The strange thing was he never used to tie his boots when he was training."
