Luis Enrique is again being linked with Arsene Wenger's job at Arsenal.

Diario Gol says the decision is so far down the road that Enrique is already making enquiries about potential Arsenal signings for next season.

Enrique left Barcelona at the end of last season and vowed to take a year away from the game before stepping back.

It's suggested Enrique has already agreed to take over from Wenger at the end of this season and he has identified Karim Benzema as his first signing.

Enrique has spoken to Real president Florentino Perez about Benzema's situation and the prospect of taking the striker with him to London next summer.

Strengthening the claim from Spain is the presence of Raul Sanllehi, who will take up his technical director's post at Arsenal in February. Sanllehi worked with Enrique at Barca during his time as both coach of the first team and also Barca B.
